Who is Coach O?

Health and Fitness Coach

My name is Onshanet Hicks-Tucker and I am the founder/owner of Coach O Fitness. I am a devoted mother of five beautiful children. With life being so hectic I was once overweight, which caused health issues and me slipping into a depressive state. Because my husband believed in me he pushed me to get my health on track. At first, I hated working out, then I fell in love with how it began to make me feel so I stuck with it. Now its a lifestyle! Since then, I've lost 33lbs and I've been able to use my formula to wellness help other women of all walks become the best version of themselves. When it comes to health and fitness, I believe in sustainability over all else! While physical activity is an major factor in your health goals. challenges and programs are effective ways to help build consistency and self discipline. Coaching you into tip top shape is a priority, but helping you maintain the results is my ultimate goal. When working with clients, I like to build from the ground up. Instead of handing you a meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. Eat what you love with limitations.
